This sculpture was created in collaboration with Ojibwa sculptor Dennis Christy and kiln-formed glass artist Craig Mitchell Smith (www.craigmitchellsmith.com). It draws on the wonderful Ojibwa tradition of the medicine wheel and the colors associated with the wheel's four directions and its symbolic depiction of the stages of life.
